Our most popular fall cocktail. Made with locally sourced award winning fresh apple cider layered with a quality bourbon, bitters and spiced with ginger beer. Garnished with fresh herbs and fruits. This cocktail is easy to drink and loved by all, even those not keen on bourbon.

Blueberry Apple Pie Bee’s Knees

This cocktail is a visual show stopper. Made with scratch made simple syrup infused with locally sourced Churchill’s Fine Teas blueberry apple pie blend rooibos tea, Empress Rose Gin and fresh squeezed lemon an orange juice, this gin forward cocktail is a delicate nod to fall in all the best ways.

GIN - BOOZE FORWARD

Winter’s traveler

The perfect balance between sweet and heat. This cocktail is layered with both dark and spiced rum, scratch made orgeat, fresh squeezed pineapple juice and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur. Garnished with a dash of freshly grated nutmeg. A treat that will keep you warm as the weather cools.

Cherry Ginger Spiced Highball

A zesty yet sweet easy sipper. Made from scratch made fresh ginger tea, Luxardo cherry syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, vodka and topped with soda water. Garnished with a Luxardo cherry and fresh seasonal herbs or florals.

VODKA - EASY SIPPER

Lion’s Tail

A long forgotten classic and our personal favorite on the fall menu. This booze forward, almost tiki like drink consists of a good quality bourbon, allspice dram, lime, simple syrup and a few dashes of bitters. Garnished with fresh citrus twist. This one is sure to surprise.

Margarita Negra

For the year-round tequila lovers. Created with a high quality Blanco tequila, coffee liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice and agave syrup. Rimmed with citrus salt and garnished with a dehydrated citrus wheel. This cocktail gives hints of amaretto and is perfect for fall.
